self-defense, you will also be increasing flexibility, strength and
coordination. Our system includes cardiovascular aerobic exercise
for the heart and lungs which will help you lose any excess weight.

individual. No experience or background is needed; we will start
you off slowly in our beginner's program and gradually get you in
